Mediation

This is an informal, voluntary and non-binding process. Arlene acts as mediator, or as a consulting attorney for clients in mediation, facilitating negotiations between the disputing parties and attempting to help them find mutually acceptable solutions to family law issues.

Collaborative Divorce

In collaborative divorce, parties pledge to not go to court, agree to an honest exchange of information, strive for a solution to their family law matters that takes into account their highest priorities, and acknowledges that their collaborative attorneys cannot represent them in any adversarial proceedings.

Family Law

Arlene helps clients reach out-of-court solutions in the following areas: dissolution of a marriage or domestic partnership, premarital agreements, parenting agreements, financial agreements, support modifications and other family law matters.
